John Grossman

From the sands of the Toyota Pro Beach tour to playing on a nationally ranked men's team, John competes against some of the best players in the nation. From the many years of training to compete against the best the east coast has to offer comes a unique view on the conditioning needed to bring a player to the next level. A focus on building a foundation of strength and conditioning is paramount to preparing an athlete to continually improve, and with 10+ years in experience, you know you'll get the very best when your athletes prepare with John.

"I played at Cedar Cliff and Shippensburg University and were ranked top 20 my final year.  I've played Toyota Pro Beach events and have finished top 10 multiple times.  I placed 3rd in Open at the Pottstown Rumble this year and my men's club team is regularly ranked top 5 each year at Nationals with 3 top 10 finishes the last 4 years with a 3rd thrown in.  I was an assistant coach for the West Shore Y's boys program for a couple years for 16's through 18s.  I coached their 16's boys team in the last year of their program.  I coached Lower Dauphin's 18's girl's club team for 1 year.  Most recently I was a JV coach for Cedar Cliff and developed their weight training program.  I believe I will be coaching the girls 14s team for Triad (Harrisburg club) this year." - John

Andrew Olree

"I started playing volleyball when I was 13 years old. I started my career with the club called Red Rose. I continued to play for that club until I graduated from Exeter High School in 2001. At Exeter I was a 3 year starter and received various achievement awards such as: All-State, All-District, All-County, Player of the Year, and Multiple MVP's at various tournaments. After high school I started coaching with the Red Rose club program and Reading School District. I then pursued a career in volleyball by playing on the Pro tour in Europe, before an injury sent me home I was able to acquire 2 interested teams that wanted to sign me. Since playing in Europe I have been coaching at Wilson High School in Sinking Spring, I have also continued to play in various men's leagues and tournaments." - Andrew

Brandon Madara

Brandon Madara has grown up around the sport of volleyball.  He's love for the sport was fostered at a very young age when he would travel with his father who referred at every level of competition from high school through international.  He was a member Central Dauphin's varsity squad for four years, the West Shore YMCA junior olympic boys club team (a vivid contender at nationals), and played at HACC for two years earning numerous leadership and sportsmanship awards.  Now he enjoys playing for a men's club team as well as participating in coed events.  In addition to being a well-rounded player, Brandon also has numerous accomplishments from coaching as well.  As far as club goes he coached at his J.O. alma mataer, the WSY, where his U14 team earned a bid to nationals and also for the Triad volleyball club.  Mr. Madara is also very knowledgeable as a referee.  Currently he balances his time between attending school at Shippensburg University, coaching the HACC women's volleyball team (conference champs 5 out of the last 6 years,  '07 and '09 state runner up, '08 state champ), and coaching Cedar Cliff H.S.'s junior varsity squad.  Brandon loves the sport of volleyball and continually strives to hone his skills both from a player's point of view as well as from a coach's perspective.
