Delaware Area Prep Camps
Summer Prep Camps are designed for the athlete who is looking to reach their highest possible level of performance for the fall season. The camps are run twice per week, which allows enough time to work on the fundamental qualities of strength, speed, power and flexibility while also allowing the athlete to still participate in sport-specific camps, clinics or practices.
The Prep Camps are split into two age groups, "Youth" and "High School" to allow an athlete to train with others of similar age and physical preparation. Youth Camps are designed for athletes entering the 6th through 8th grades and High School Camps are designed for athletes entering the 9th through 12th grades. However, accomodations can be made if there are days when the athlete needs to train at a different time with a different group.
Each session consists of exercises designed to enhance the fundamental qualities curcial for success in all team sports:

Flexiblity
Work Capacity
All while focusing on fixing any muscle weaknesses or technique flaws to help keep athletes healthy for their fall and winter seasons.
